Paying A Deposit you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. Superstar Party Entertainment will require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the holding of your booking (£60-£120) This will be subtracted from your final balance which will be payable to the entertainer on the day of the party
2. Once an online booking has been made a confirmation will be issued to your email address provided. Superstar Party Entertainment shall check the that all the details comply with the terms of booking. In the instance there is an issue with booking, Superstar Party Entertainment shall contact you to advise.
Additional travel fees may need to be added
3. Superstar Party Entertainment operate a live diary system, Date/Times are only confirmed once deposit has been paid.
Should you make an enquiry via phone or email regarding availability there is no guarantee how long the date and time will remain open is due to the popular demand for parties.
Dates cannot be reserved due to the follow scenario:
-Parent A - enquires about 25th November 3-5PM this is then Blocked off in the diary so no-one else can book
-Parent B makes contact and wants to book, I say no as holding for Parent A
-Follow up with Parent A who no longer wants to book the date/ and time, meanwhile Parent B has booked alternate entertainment and Superstar Party has missed out on a booking.
1. Should you wish to cancel your booking we are unable to offer a refund on your deposit. This is due to potentially turning other business away due to your reservation of date and time
2. In the case of bad weather (snow/ winds) we will always do our best to make sure we can attend your party. If our entertainer is unable to get to the venue, the chances are, the guests wouldn't be able to either. On this very rare occasion, we will offer to re-arranged the date and time of the party.
3.Superstar Party Entertainment will endeavour to amend bookings where possible, and your deposit can be put towards a new date for up to 12 months.
4. In the event your booking is cancelled by Superstar Party Entertainment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit
1.When booking a venue please consider the location in terms of accessibility, parking & safety. Venue needs to be a privately hired Community hall, church hall, school hall, function room with access to a plug socket and free parking on site.
2. Public Sports Centres, Pubs, Restaurants are not suitable as parking on the daymay not be guaranteed. Entertainer has 8-10 bags/ cases to transport and needs clear access to a venue where they won't be obstruction from the public
3.Parties cannot be held in public parks, play centres where other members of the public could potentially interfere, as this could be difficult to control other children joining the party.
Superstar Party reserve the right to cancel should the following be an issue:
1. Venue is a busy road/street where entertainer has to cross the road to transport equipment and/or theft equipment could occur by members of public
2. Entertainer is unable to safely pull up to unload and park onsite
3. Please advise of any parking fee or permits required for the premises (any charge payable by you)
4. Should the party be held up or downstairs this must be advised at the time of booking. Additional £10 may be added if there is no lift this is due to the additional time and effort it shall take to transport equipment
Superstar Party Entertainment are happy to host a party outdoors when the weather is warm but the following are required:
1. A Safe space where equipment can be set up (at the side/corner of a garden where wires won't be exposed) ideally with a cover (Gazebo)
2. In the instance of rain where an entertainer is not provided with a cover which will allow the party to continue safely (due to electrical equipment) the party will need to be terminated with full fee still payable.
3 Should there be space to move the party indoors the entertainer shall do so. Please note moving equipment shall take around 10 minutes and this extra time WILL NOT be given
4 Superstar Party Entertainment cannot accept last minute cancellations due to expected rain on the day ,and NO REFUND of deposit shall be made. It is the clients responsibility to provide a suitable space for the party where if the weather changes there will be no interruptions

2 Additional travel fees apply for over 20 miles £10 per 5 miles, this hall be added on the final balance
Smaller Halls work better. Little ones love to run around and of course if the hall is too large children tend to see the open space and become distracted and loose focus on the entertainment. Halls the size 36x36Ft tend work better. Entertainer’s disco equipment will take up a space of approx. 7ft in width x 4ft in depth
Hiring an entertainer along with a bouncy castle can be distracting and take away from the games. If possible, please leave any bouncy castle deflated during the party and put it up after the entertainer has finished.
Similar to the bouncy castle with face painters at a party children may stand in a line and miss out on the fun and games, as they want to have their face done once they have seen their friends.
Little ones love balloons but due to the props used during games can cause a disruption also they tend to get stamped on and hurt little ones ears. Children also tend to hit each other over the head with them or get upset if they don't have one when they see others do. Balloons are best kept as a wall decoration. birthday party entertainers
With ages 4,5 & 6 Parents tend to stay with their children. During the party the noise levels can get tense when adults talk continuously making it harder for little ones to hear instructions of games. It can be useful to advise on the invite if parents wish to stay to keep talking to a minimum. After all the entertainer is doing a job and performing an interactive show for the children. Would you go to a pantomime and talk whilst actors are on stage?
If your party venue is set back off the road, balloons tied around a nearby tree/lamppost or a party banner on the venue door are great ways to let your guests know where the party is!
Providing children with food during games becomes distracting as can cause disruption to games. For 2 hour parties there is a break 1 hour in eg 3-5 party break at 4PM
Time slots available are set out in the diary. Start times of 12:00, 12:30pm, 1pm or 1.30pm may come with an additional fee may apply this is due to the restriction of fitting in another booking either side of these times.
Entertainer will arrive at your venue at least 30 minutes before the party start time along with leaving 30 minutes after the party has ended. It is essential this is taken into consideration when booking your venue EG 3-5 PARTY HALL BOOKED FROM 2:30-5:30PM
Depending on the child's age there are different recommendations for a party length.
Ages 2,3 & 4- 1 hour.
Age 5+ 2 Hours.
Young children tend to get tired very quickly therefore 1 hour slots are recommended.
On the day should you chose to end the party earlier than booked the full balance is still payable.
